This is my GO TO place for good food. Yes, I was tired and hungry and did not realize how much food I ordered.....but it was still tasty and plentiful. In fact, I had enough for 2 days. Couldn't leave without ordering blackberry cobbler. (ate all of that)...rice & gravy, pork chop, fried Okra, potato salad Mac & cheese and cornbread

Moving back home from Georgia, I have really missed this restaurant because they don't have any in Atlanta or its vicinity. I am so glad that I now live close enough to frequent here again. Everything is always amazing definitely a must-try if you haven't had it where you're from! Home cooked food that melts in your mouth.

We eat here from time to time. Last night, 4/22/2022, we picked up take out around 4 o'clock. The food did not reveal itself very fresh. The squash casserole was just a pile of mush. The fried okra was undercooked. not browned at all. Something made my wife have an upset stomach. I think i will let these people go for a while. If they let me tour the kitchen I may come back. I know they won't because it's probably dirty. i would definitely entertain an invitation from management.

I have to preface this by saying I **REALLY** miss our beloved LT on Beltline near Rosewood. Tried this location for breakfast with mom recently and it just wasn't up to par. The restaurant didn't have the sparkly clean feeling of our old favorite, and while the service was ok, I wish the server would have mentioned that Columbia's funky water problem was affecting their beverage options. We forgot and ordered tea ...undrinkable, and we would have gladly paid for something bottled.

Had fried catfish, black-eyed beans (with diced onion added at my request), and a double portion of cornbread dressing.
The meal was delicious. Our server was as nice as she could be, but she was also a bit overwhelmed (I feel like they were understaffed when I visited).
Fish was amazing, black-eyed beans were good/okay, and the dressing was (as usual) excellent.

It's been a long time since I was there and I was really happy with the people and the fact that the same kind of things I would like to have been there for the weekend as I would love to have some of the roast beef they always had on Sunday if I remember correctly that was always soooo yummmmy .
