I don't know where to start on how great a waste of time and money this place is. long wait times .Drive through employees under the influence and other staff on their phones.recieved the wrong order then was asked to give it back .received the "correct order" and the it contained addition food that wasn't ordered .The burgers were undercooked and cold and fries soggy .I don't have high expectations of fast food but where do we cross the line .34 dollars down the drain and not to mention staff on their phone while taking credit/debit card payments also seems a little shady to me. Only time will tell if any fraudulent transactions happen due to staff recording the backs of cards .who knows this place is a hot mess never again .

Instead of focusing on the reasons I was dissatisfied, I've chosen to focus on the wonderful customer service I received! The manager Rachel made it up to me and my family, she was delightful and never attempted to argue with me or give me trouble. It seems like this restaurant has a lot of new people and she has her hands full! The company and certainly the restaurant does not deserve her, her management skills as well as guest services are top notch!!! Thank you so much Rachel. Now THAT, is what I call customer service!!!

This is the fast food choice that's closest to home, so we eat there off & on through the year. Today I got a spicy chicken sandwich, a double stack and baconator fries. The sandwiches would rate a 5* but the fries only 2 or 3 so made it a 4 overall. In my experience that's fair, normally most of the items are very good but maybe one item not quite as fresh. A bit slower than some drive thru service at other fast food places, but I don't find it too slow

Friday night I had to feed my family, we went through the drive through at this Wendy’s. The wait was very long. But when we ordered and got up to the window-Alicia the host was so kind and empathetic to our wait. Having employees like her who can speak to an issue and handle it in a kind manner are an amazing asset to a business. The food was hot and amazing! I will continue to order from this location because she is there! Thank you Alicia!

Meal was good and affordable. Good variety, too. They have a mega fountain soda machine that dispenses many different flavors of soda and other drinks, including a signature cream soda. The dining area was clean and tidied up while I was there. The mens bathroom had an odd configuration and no lock on the door. Overall, I was pleased. They met my expectations, and very helpful and courteous.
