Sometimes they won’t answer the drive thru it’s 30 or so minutes before closing. Which reminds me, the hours listed on Google are wrong as of me writing this. They’re not 24/7 right now. The website doesn’t have the hours correct either. Pretty sure they close at 10 on weekdays. I’m not sure about weekends though.

Its 5:40am. This went bad by their standards by 9:45pm last night. That's 8 hours after it apparently went bad that they're selling it. I'd much rather someone tell me they can't make something rather than give me food that isn't up to even their standards. I don't even know how long ago it was made before it went bad, but why sell me 2 pies that went bad yesterday? Why not just say you can't/won't make any?

Food was hot and fresh. It was pretty busy at the time when we went in, however the ordering process didn't really take too long at all. The wait for the food went by pretty quick so it seemed like everybody was really working to get the crowd gone. The food was actually pretty good. Upon receiving our food my friend asked the young man at the counter if we could sit in the dining room. We had just flown in from the airport, and really had no idea what kind of sanctions and restrictions were going on in Tennessee. We were told yes sure are fine you can send in the dining room. As soon as we sat down and started unpacking our food and getting ready ready to eat we were approached by a very friendly young lady who informed us that we were not allowed to sit there. There is no dining in. We repacked our food and went and sat in the car and ate. It was not such a huge deal in we were not angry. The staff actually handled it pretty well for a bunch of younger people. I only mention this because it would seem that everybody is not on the same page. I'm sure the young man who told us we were allowed to sit in the dining room had no idea that we were not allowed. I gave a 5-star rating Because the actual service was great, and the food was quite frankly delicious.

Do not claim to be open 24 hours if you cannot take orders at 3am because of system backups. 23.5 hours maybe but not 24 hours. If a business cannot take orders for the full 24 hours, it is NOT open 24 hours, period. The claim was that the system would be down for another five or ten minutes and it is now 35 minutes later. If I wanted to leave and go sit in Waffle House, I would have done that in the first place. I attempted to place my order first at 3am, then drove to Madison St. with the same result, returned to exit 11 and got the same "five to ten minutes" at 3:25am, waited in the lot until 3:40am and got the identical message at the drive through. When I asked WHEN they actually opened, he told me again in "five or ten minutes". When I asked for a manager's name or even the regional manager, he "didn't know". Really? You don't know whom you work for? What a laugh... So, in other words, you are being paid for the time just to stand around and not work by someone whom you don't know? What a joke. It's McDonald's, though, so what does one really expect? smh I've visited several times in the past two weeks while lodged at a nearby motel because this location is nearby but will reconsider in the future. I ordered the fish sandwiches in the photo only to find they were slapped haphazardly in their boxes. If you're going to turn out such a sloppy product, why not just give the customer the sandwich parts to put together? A machine could put together a sandwich better than just making a sloppy mess. The Clarksville locations have apparently adopted the "get by with the bare minimum" mentality so prevalent in this day and age. Sad...

Young lady taking my order at the drive through couldn't get it right! Pulled up, paid & was given 1 of the drinks I had ordered & then told to pull up & wait for the rest! There were several other vehicles waiting, parked in different spots around the building! Finally, after several mins a girl brought out my bag, but didn't have the other drink! Had to wait several more mins for her to go back in & make it & bring it back out! Either they are very understaffed or because they were all very young & really didn't know what they were doing, not sure which was the reason for the poor customer service!? Was very surprised that the food had come out right!

I live near Exit 11 and I'll skip this McD's and go to Exit 35 because the service is so bad. Drive-thru is glacier speed. It's a 50/50 that I'll be asked to park and wait for Nuggets and cold fries. There is a cemetary next to the drive-thru so that's cool. Been this way for years so I don't expect it to change.
