Bagel Bin

Overpriced for no reason. Automatically charging for bag without asking if I want it. My husband ordered an omelette. I've never known for an omelette to have the toppings haphazardly shoved in the middle like a burrito wrap instead of actually cooking them into the eggs itself. Extremely dissatisfied.

Their French toast bagels are the main reason I come here. I do not think I can find them anywhere else and they are so delicious, that you will definitely develop future cravings for it! Crusty outside and chewy inside - great bagels. If you come here in the morning and get them, they are heavenly!!! That being said, the service is a bit inconsistent at best. If they are busy, customer service seems to be a bit lacking (e.g., no eye contact with customer, staff not asking if you want bagels sliced, rushing transaction, etc.), but other times, you are greeted nicely, staff have time to explain options, and share a smile.

Best bagel (literally) anywhere. Service is VERY inconsistent. They would not slice our bagels today. They told my wife "Kitchen is too busy. There's a knife over there if you want to slice it." Another bad experience occurred because they have no system for forming a line. A lady walked past 6 people and just started to order. I spoke up (because no one else would, although everyone was visibly annoyed). The staff said they just serve whoever is next. Really? REALLY?!?! We have gone here almost every week for 4+ years. We would have stopped going a long, long time ago if it wasn't for the first sentence I wrote. LITERALLY THE BEST BAGEL ANYWHERE. PLEASE MATCH SERVICE TO BAGELS!!!
