Just ordered for first time and man they say freaky fast and was. Got all my food and was here in like 15 mins tops they rock gonna use them alot more

I went in yesterday morning when they opened. I have never ate at a Jimmy Johns. They were the sweetest and all helped me. My sandwich tasted sooo good, and the customer service was amazing, we are going back today and order 2 more sandwiches for a picnic.

We ordered delivery. Tiffany answered and was SO NICE and Bubbly!! She answered every question and was so patient with me and my complicated butt. It got to us in less than 10mins, note we live about 5mins away. The food tasted fresh, yummy and was correct!! The sandwiches and drinks were marked so it was easy to tell whos was whos.
Every restaurant should take a page from Jimmy Johns book. 11/10 guys. Keep it up!!

It was SUPER fast and had great customer service! My nephew's enjoyed it as well! It was our first time dining in there and i just say it won't be my last. You can never make a second first impression so the first one really counts and this was a good one. Thanks so much!
