People are always friendly. Pizzas were fresh and ready. I can only remember waiting about 5 minutes in the many times I've visited for a pizza. Like the app where you can pre-order. Makes it easier for parties.

My grandkids wanted pizza, we usually buy from here never before had hair in our pizza. Trying to get through to talk to someone is impossible. No answer. The wait was a bit longer than usual understandable since we ordered a 3 meat pizza. Very disappointed and disgusted. Can you please be careful and wear hair nets.

This is my go-to place for a quick and easy pickup HOWEVER this visit was very different. The drive-thru line was looonnng. It took almost 20 minutes for me to get to the window. When I finally did, I was asked to wait. Again it was another 5 minutes or more before I was asked about my order. I was late for the meeting I was picking up pizza for. The employee seemed oblivious to the line or the delays.

HORRIBLE! I waited 30 minutes just to end up with a hair in my pizza! I called them multiple times and no answer.

Girl in the front have so much attitude and made the environment feel uncomfortable. Talking about another employee negatively in front of customers, swearing. Saying that person is going to get fired, and acting like that person was stealing money. She asked if everyone saw that employee touch her register and if money went missing it wasn’t her fault. It was just awkward. Also, they are on their phones openly. I sat there for 30 min. First time at this location and it wasn’t inviting

Guess what we decided to do?
Ordered a deep dish pizza, today is our 31st wedding anniversary, as well as the first time ever ordering from Little Caesars.
*crossing fingers*
Follow up:
The pizza, bread sticks with Marinara sauce were very good. We usually only eat pizza from one specific Pizzaria.
We were pleasantly surprised.
Delivery driver (Doordash) was polite, and professional.
Overall, a good experience. We might even make this our go-to pizza place in the future.

It was usually good here in the past but this last time the pizza was awful. Worst experience I've had here in years. Cashier was sneezing and cleaning her nose with her fingers and never stopped once to clean her hands. Will not come here again for sure.

Absolutely terrible. Used to be pretty good, there’s no point in ordering online or using the pizza portal here they make you go to the back of the drive thru line anyway. Claim the lobby is closed Extremely long waits for subpar pizza.
