I had my food cooked to order. It was hot fresh and pretty quick. They have such a large menu with choices for almost anyone. Their breakfast options as incomparable. Some of the stuff sounds weird but look good. i.e. sausage and gravy balls? Either was stop in and check em out they are open pretty late.

Something has to be done. This is by far the worst restaurant in Clarksville tn. I have been there 5 times within 2 months. I have only been waited on once. The staff is rude and lazy. When you go there espically at night,no one wants to work. We have sat in the drive thru as the only car and even after it took 30 minutes,the staff was rude. Another time after sitting in the drive thru they said they were not serving anyone because another employee was on break. The last time, which was today,they served 3 cars and then they told me they were not serving anyone because of maintenance and all I wanted was a small fry. The Manager needs to get their employees to do their job or get new employees. This is absolutely unacceptable. These employees are getting paid to smoke and be on their phone,which I have seen them doing. Close the restaurant or do your job!!! I appreciate the owner responding to my review,so thank you. But that doesn't solve the problem at hand. It is frustrating to hear owners say they are sorry and that their standards are higher and nothing is done about it. If your guest are suppose to be treated better,then treat them better. If Krystals is held to a much higher standard than the way it currently is,fix the problem. Telling me that I can't be served because an employer is taking a smoke break is ridiculous. I mean I know I'm not employed there,but seriously how hard can it be to make 3 krystals.

I am appalled by the service, or lack there of at this location. We have been here 4 times and every time it’s the same terrible experience. The employees here do not want to work and are very rude. They tell you they aren’t serving anyone right now or it’s going to be 30 minutes before they can get your order, when I am the only car. I see car after car pulling off because they are being told they can’t be served. I have never seen anything like it in my life. I have been in the restaurant business my entire life and this store desperately needs to hold management accountable. This store could be extremely profitable/successful, I would be happy to take this store and turn it into the successful location that it should be. You’re employees are the face of your business and they are failing drastically. At this rate doors will be closed soon. It’s sad to see owners are losing so much money daily due to neglectful employees and management, meanwhile they make their hourly wage sitting on the clock.

If I could give a minus rating I would. I came through the drive through at 2:30pm and said I would like 30 krystal burgers and was told it would be 45 minute wait. This is the second time in a month I have been told that they are not interested in preparing food. Needless to say that the female did not want to hear what I had to say and just refused to take the order. I told her that I was going to make sure the regional manager know how they are treating their customers of 50 years. She didn't seem to care. I really don't need people like that preparing food for my family. Congratulations whoever the supervisor is for tolerating this to happen as well. You lost a customer forever. By the looks of the reviews there are issues that need to handled in that store.

Didn’t even get past ordering my food because the person working the drive thru was so rude! When I pulled up I had asked for just a moment so We could figure out what we wanted. When I was ready I said “ok I’m ready” I waited a moment with no response so I thought maybe they didn’t hear me since I was talking from the passenger side so I repeated that I was ready and then woman literally yelled at me extremely rudely that she heard me. So I start telling her what I want once she is ready then she says that will be 15 minutes. Which would be no problem at all if she didn’t sound so rude and inconvenienced about me ordering. So I told her I hope her day gets better then went on to Wendy’s where I had great customer service. Based on previous reviews it appears this is an ongoing issue so I will definitely not be going back to that location.

Horrible service, terrible people skills, the only positive thing was the food tasted good. It took almost 20 minutes to get the food we ordered and the order was incomplete missing a medium drink that didn't even get rang up. I'll make the drive to Wilma Rudolph Blvd next time.

Went in, no one at the registers. A drive through attendant said to go around and use the drive thru. We do so, after waiting about 5min he said there is 2 orders of 12 Krystals. The wait time quoted is 30min....that's not fast food. Why didn't he say that when we walked in the first place. There was 4 staff in the back...

Went by to get 3 Triple Krystals WHICH I have gotten here many many times. The girl on the speaker argued and said they don't have triples. I said I get them here all the time. She said we have doubles, not triples. I said I get them here all the time!! She didn't check with anyone just insisted they didn't have triples. I left. I drove all the way over from the other side of Hopkinsville to eat the 3 triples I always get! So I will not be back and I will tell everyone how rude she was.
