Burger King

Just tried to order food here and yes I was going through the drive through. Was just trying to order a number #1 with no onions large with a coke. They repeated it back to me three times. Each time it was wrong and different. First time he said with large sweet tea, then small/medium coke etc. Never use this place go somewhere else or walk in

Trash... This is the worst burger king location within 50 miles. I eat burger king quite frequently due to working rotating shifts. This place has got my order wrong the last 4 times I've been. Last time they burnt my chiking. These people are sorry waste of air. If you can't put a burger together your not worth 6 buck an hour. Get it together. If I worked my job like you work yours I'd be fired in a week. Call the manager multiple times and they are just as big of a joke. If you can't control your team why are you in management... Just saying this place is flat out sorry. Would give it 0 stars if it was a possibility.

This place is terrible, especially at night. The folks don’t process your order at the microphone when you order so you wait in line for 30 minutes which is way too long for a fast food place to begin with. The workers don’t care, are not trained, and they don’t have any desire to get orders out. This place is struggling so badly and it’s set up for disaster. I’ve never seen a Burger King or fast food place run like this one. I have now been in line for 40 minutes and my orders are not ready. There should be no excuse for this and those who are waiting like me should be refunded and the company should do something to make up for this.

Attempted to go through the drive thru at 10pm (open until 11) the 4 cars in front of me were able to order but when I got up to the speaker at 10:10pm I was informed they would be closing. This is not the first time this has happened and I’m told it happens often. A note to management: Get your act together. You cannot just close a store whenever it suits your needs. If being open past 10pm is not conducive to good business then you need to adjust hours.

Always predictable - like all fast food. Service was slow due to being shorthanded. Two managers were doing much of the work. The company makes plenty if profits. Give some if it to your workers (higher pay) and they will be more reliable and perform better. Maybe even tie additional compensation to better performance.

This location used to be my favorite, but it’s really gone down in quality. Every order I have gotten the past 3 times have been wrong. This last time I called to tell them both of my burgers were wrong and the manager was so incredibly rude. I was already home and didn’t want to drive back and he said I had to come tonight, if I wanted to get replacements. His attitude was pretty much like, “I don’t care, tough luck.” I am not one to write reviews, but the service has been so bad.
