Good food! Great customer service! I paid for the adult buffet and there were many options available. We were even asked if there was anything that wasn't on the buffet line that we wanted. Also, I don't eat meat and they opted to make a special (pizza) for me!

Great atmosphere for family,friend,or any gathering.Staff always trying to keep fresh pizzas,special orders can be taken.Salad bar is perfect accompaniment for pizza.No contact fuss when finished clear your area.No rush buffet style eat in.

Buffett pizza. Only one in Clarksville. Adults 7.99 kids 3.99. arcade... They have one but it's not big. Just go during prime times so they have fresh pizza

Went last night for $3.99 special but we come often as well. All the food was HOT and fresh. It was honestly soooo good and it’s unlimited. 2 people eating for $10, you can’t even eat at McDonald’s for that cheap!! Definitely will be back. Very kind staff.

It has been more than two years since our last visit to CiCi's due to COVID restrictions and life's timing.
Our family experience was fantastic. The customer service was very, very friendly and inviting. The choices of pizza on the buffet and made to order items were tasty 😋.

$3.99 for kids buffet, $7.99 for adults good prices. Food was fresh, hot and area was clean. Tastes just like I remembered as a kid, like pizza heaven. My kids loved the pasta, they all had a great time and we all left full.

Best place! I've been to cicis before but this stop is by far the best. Clean and the pizza is good and constantly fresh. Their choices are many and their staff is amazing. From the receptionist to the buffet workers, they are so nice and make too feel welcome. Definitely a permanent stop for me. Recommend!

BEST CICI'S IN THE COMPANY!!!
My wife and I got there shortly before closing. The staff was AMAZING! The bar was as fully stocked as if they were just setting up for the lunch rush. I ordered a fully deluxe and she had the Buffalo pizza. Plus we both enjoyed salads, desserts and other types of pizza as well.
The cashier was extremely nice, the managers were helpful and the young guy cleaning the dining room treated the place like it was brand new and the entire crew should be commended!!!
I am not sure if anyone from corporate will read this, but I have worked restaurants for almost 40 years including opening about 10 new stores and this one SHOULD BE A TRAINING STORE ON ALL LEVELS!
