Hardee's

I had very low expectations since the reviews were so mixed, but wow was I pleasantly surprised! We came for lunch and our food was hot and crispy, and you know how some places taste like old oil? Not here! It all tasted clean and delicious. The best chicken strips I've had in a long time!! I enjoyed my food so much I forgot to take a picture before I finished it haha. I don't know how it looked before the remodel, but it's so nice inside! Comfortable seating, nice big tinted windows, very clean. And the young lady who took our order and the man with glasses on the grill were both really nice to us and fast!! Maybe we got lucky that we came when it wasn't slammed when we came in for lunch today (Saturday), but we highly recommend giving this Hardee's a try. :)

Absolutely no stars! The order was so simple, but the lady making the burger which was for a kid sized burger was extremely rude. I specifically asked for a kid's cheeseburger and small fry. She went on and made a hamburger when the lady at the counter told her it had cheese on it. I'm not sure why there was confusion or an attitude present. I know I won't be returning. People shouldn't work in public if they don't know how to effectively communicate.

This was the first and LAST time I will use the drive thru at this location. The wait time at the drive through was excessive. Once I was at the order station (outside) there was a wait time of over 5 minutes before anyone asked me for my order. Once I drove around to pay, I was directed to park in a spot and wait for someone to bring out my food. I waited over 10 minutes, and watched the staff deliver an order to the vehicle that had ordered behind me their food. I had to go INSIDE and ask for my food. NO ONE was concerned, and the food was sitting in the warming tray. I have never had such horrible service at any restaurant in my life. I will never return.

On June 26th, 2022. I pulled into Hardee's and saw that there was a line around the building for the drive through. I decided to go inside the store because there was no where for my car. I waited by the counter for ten minutes waiting for one of the teenagers to stop slapping the back counters because they were out of ham or stop joking/flirting with one another long enough to take a order or at least cook. I finally asked the boy if he was at least able to take my order. The girl next to him who I think was a manager just rolled her eyes and told him to at least get my order. I was so mad I just left. Used to enjoy this place. Bring the nice morning women back. And stop using slow, rude, and unmotivated teens.

Love their fries! As far as going in and getting takeout, they 100% rip you off with time. We stood at the register for 20 minutes without ordering and once we ordered had to wait another 20 minutes to get our food. We asked if we could order and the rude lady yelled at us and said that she was trying to get other peolples orderes ready and to stop trying to intutup her work when we asked politely. I would recommend just through the drive thru. I have gone through it before and it is much better service. Overall it was fair.

Door dash app said closes at 8pm. I placed an order at 7:10pm and then had to troubleshoot with tech support for 50 minutes to find out why it wouldn't validate my basket. Turns out, Hardee's didn't want anymore door dash orders, so they had it set to deny orders instead of just closing the app. I've heard from fast food places that this is a trick to avoid getting in trouble with cooperate.

If I could give less than one star, I would. After ordering our food, we waited almost 40 minutes on our minimal order, and only received it after I asked a second time when the people that ordered after us received their order first. During the order, the cashier had a very bad attitude problem and didn't care about hiding it, tossing biscuits and gravy into a bag, rolling her eyes, and being disrespectful to every customer who ordered. When a manager tried telling any of the staff to grab something, no one had any clue what they were doing. The only people I can say were productive and friendly-seeming were the cooks, hurriedly getting orders done, getting things done quickly, and trying to communicate with the other team members to get orders out to people. Definitely won't be going back to that location. Occured Sunday, 2/20/2022. If I could've just gotten a return before the food was finally put out, I would've, but we weren't given a receipt, either. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
