Arby's

Tonight was the worst service my wife and I have had at Arby's. I know they where busy, but it seemed the drive through was the most important customer nor dine in customers to the Manger. The couple in front of us gave there order. The lady taking orders walk a way with out any explanation and started feeling drive order. We stood there for 10 minute or more waiting before, my wife ask what was the problem taking our order. I believe customers would set and wait than watching drive through orders going out . It is not fast food any more. We will us the drive through next visit for sure.

The worker on the front line that took our order apparently was new or her just didn't know what he was doing. After placing our order they brought us the tray and it was only half of what I ordered. When I ask where my order of macaroni was, the manager came over and brought a spoon and said you didn't order macaroni. I said to her, yes ma'am I did, (the cashier didn't ring it up) we had already ordered, payed and waited for almost 10 mins. I said to just forget it. We then took what food we did get to a table to sit and eat but every table in the place looked like it had been wiped with a greasy, sticky rag. It was nasty and the service was horrible. I would not recommend going to this location in Clarksville TN. On Madison.

I have to share! Had a large order which included a double reuben and 2 meat mountains plus more. The cashier was great and re- read the order back. They were out of unsweetened tea in the container and when asked if the had any, a young man said, "Yes, but let me wash my hands first". Then we got our food for 6 people and not only was it all correct but the presentataton of the meat mountains was good enough for a commercial. Everything was clean and they had a person out picking up trash from the parking lot! Kudos to this shift and the way they all took pride in something as simple as creating a sandwich!

It seems like everywhere i go nobody can get a simple order right i. Just went there at 120 pm and ordered a classic roast beef with 2 greek gyros and they gave my mother who is allegeric to dairy and roast beef and cheddar instead of a classic and we LIVE ALL THE WAY IN CHAPMANSBORO SO WE CANT JUST TURN AROUND. Is just every resturaunt full of imcompent people who cant listen and read??? Who ever is the manager should be ashamed of the amount of effort there employees make dail I'm done with this store never again.

Arby's The Food Not Worth It And They Two High The Money You Pay At These Restaurants Now Days For A Sandwhich Or Chicken You Midas Well Gone In A Store And Get You A Meat For That Price...And All Of The Restaurants Need Two Start Wearing There Gloves That's Why These Restaurants Get Turn Away Higeine The Clothes The Hair Two Long So Nasty Ughh Turn Off & In People's Food It Be So Many Complaints Sad.....
