Wendy's Restaurant

As far as food quality, this location measures up to every other Wendy's. The reason I give this location only 3 stars is the service. Now I've worked fast food as well as diners. This location has plenty of workers yet always seems to struggle with getting orders out timely. The workers literally work against each other. If you ask me it just has poor training and management.

The drive-thru line is always incredibly long. But!!! It always moves along quickly & well worth a short wait. Probably one of the only fast food places around that score a solid 5 stars in every category. YES- Always has menu items in-stock & available? YES- Bag food properly to avoid spills or leaks? YES- Include extras: straw, napkins, sauce... without asking? YES- Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, polite staff? YES- Inside clean. Drive-thru well maintained & easy access?

Only got half my order and someone else's order. I parked my car and tried calling from the parking lot only to find out their phone has been turned off! I couldn't get a single employee to acknowledge me at the door, so I had to walk up to the drive thru to speak to anyone. The older woman that I assume was a manager was extremely rude about the entire thing and walked off when I told her their phone wasn't working. Thankfully one of the young employees was nice and got me the rest of my order. Absolutely poor customer service.

I used the mobile order app, drove to the restaurant just to find an employee sitting on her phone in a booth watching me try to open the locked door. Mind you this was at 7ish at night and only saw 3 employees in there. Got back to my car and I had a email saying thank you for my order please rate your experience...my order was picked up by someone who was not me. I understand that it's a Saturday night and everywhere is understaffed but blatantly disregarding me when I'm trying to find out why the food I paid for was given to someone else is ridiculous. I never got through to anyone on the phone and just left cause the girl on her phone wouldn't get up and spent 10 minutes just sitting in the drive thru getting even more irritated.

Wendy's at Clarksville Tennessee. We went there around 6:30 a.m. thinking food would be prepared to order, as they did say "What can I fix fresh for you today?" One of the 3 orders of sausage, egg, and cheese.......had to of been yesterday 's leftovers. I thought they accidentally put a chocolate covered graham cracker on the sandwich 😳 I pulled it off the sandwich and it was a charred burnt piece of sausage!!!!! Even when you shove food out the window, hoping you won't come back and complain, they just wanted to use up yesterday's leftovers. I mean seriously, throw it out, no leftovers, how much could a dinky piece of sausage cost anyway?? I'm sure it wouldn't break the business if they considered quality, taste and appearance first. Won't be going there ever!!!!
