Food was better than excellent. Our waitress was very patient and kind. I didn't have to repeat myself and she brought everything all at once. The restaurant was very clean. Noone was standing around,everyone was working hard.

Had a craving for I-hop. Ordered a BLT with fries. It not until my food arrived that I noticed that the ketchup bottles on my table had dried ketchup surrounding the base of the caps. Looking at the other tables. I had the clean ones. However, they were empty. When I asked for a fresh bottle of ketchup, I was told they did not any fresh bottles. There were unidentified fried pieces of something on my plate. The lettuce was wilted. There was just a lack of care or concern with the waitresses. The 2 tables behind me was dirty when I walked in and still dirty when I left 40 minutes later. They were not busy. Including me, there were only two other tables.

I personally would never recommend this IHop to anyone. I got the steak tips, & a half side of Strawberry fresh toast. As you can see the strawberries were not fresh or even eatable. They were very soft and slimy. The steak tips weren't cooked and tasted awful. The cook had already messed up on two orders before mine. He's either not trained currently or doesn't care about his job. My server Jordan was amazing and very understanding she did a good job but her cook bad this experience awful.

Only 2 servers on a Saturday night. Very slow, trash on the floors, staff estressed out. Food was decent compared to the staff shortage.

I don’t know where to start… personally I believe this particular IHOP is a disgrace to to entire franchise. I ordered a spicy poblano omelette,hash browns, and strawberry cream crepes. The hash browns were burnt and the omelette looked decrepit. Then they had this disgusting stuff they called ketchup that really tastes like tomato sauce. I mean every where else gives you Heinz but not here. Needless to say I was greatly disappointed and hope I find a better one somewhere around here cuz I like IHOP. So idk how ppl can say that it was good.

We of course appreciate and loved the taste of the birthday pancakes. I thought rhe new pablano omelette was good but the bacon game was lackin hard! We requested for our bacon to be crispy because we dont enjoy slimy bacon. It was alot of pieces that were hard to chew through.. also, im sad we didnt have options for our syrups like the old days! I guess we can blame that on covid!

Bacon was burnt, eggs was cold and hard eventhough I asked for scrambled soft. Brought me new bacon and it was still kinda burnt. Bought new eggs, still hard but hot. They never have consistency, it's annoying. I guess they just higher anyone that say they can cook smh.

Was told the wait would be 30 minutes, but it ended up not being that long. After seated we were immediately seen by our server. Got everything we needed in a timely manner, even things we needed on the side (hot sauce, creamer, etc). I feel as though it could use a deep clean, but I love their food, so I'll still be going. I was sad to see their variety of syrups and creamers are down to the basic syrup and half & half, but I also understand they do it for covid reasons. Our server was ontop of everything and I'd love to have her serving us again!
