Went twice in the past week, 1st time we were missing multiple things on our order. We ordered biscuits and gravy with extra gravy. Got home realized we were missing the biscuits, then went again last night at 1030pm. Credit card machines were down so cash only- Ordered a mcchicken and there was no chicken on it, just bun cheese mayo and pickle. My friend ordered chicken nuggets and one had a perfect bite shape taken out... they may be 24 he's but I will never go again for night shift.

Apparently in the year 2022 this establishment does not have the ability to take credit or debit transactions. Do they have a sign posted on the door as you walk in? No. Do they have a sign posted on the register? No. They wait until they take your entire order and then ask 7 people if they can take credit only to tell you it's cash only. Like they didn't already know. Do they offer to take your order at another register? No. Do they offer to take your order at the drive-thru register? No. They just decide being lazy is best by turning away paying customers with all credit or debit transactions. Really? Thanks for your incompetence I guess. As someone who has worked retail and customer service for 20 years, do better. I will never return to this location.

The last few weeks I've gone here their fries have been under cooked and rubbery. Today even my Chicken nuggets was under cooked. Nothing like wasting $7.06 on a lunch break when all you can enjoy is the soda.

They can't even get a simple order ready or they just don't want to listen when you order. I simply asked for 2 mc chickens no lettuce lite mayo add cheese and a medium fry as well she typed it in all wrong and my whole order was messed up and gave me a frozen drink when I asked for the strawberry watermelon slushee and said oh we don't have that we only have the frozen wild cherry Fanta. This McDonald's is so slow and alot of the employees are rude and slow as well.. it's complete laziness. No respect for customers

Long line, no problem. The reason the line is long is because every order hasba problem. Four orders in front of me were wrong. My order is intentionally simple, plain QP meal with cheese only and it was still wrong. Never again.

Card machines down all the time. Not open a lot even during open hours even with seeing workers inside they just hide as soon as you come up to window. Foods always wrong.

I don't know who the new owner is, but I haven't come to McDonald's in a long time because it was slow and the food was gross. Today was McWonderful! Fast service, nice employees, great management, and HOT, fresh food.

Update added a star because last few visits were good.

I made a mobile order and waited in spot 4. My food didn't come so I called up the store.
They only had one employee is what I was told. Then they lost my entire order I thought I was trolled.
So after 1 hour I finally got my food. I was nice and never got rude.
