Went through the drive thru, should have checked the one item I ordered, a spicy chicken, got home it was a double with bacon. Called and talked Jamie, she was very nice and apologetic without making excuses. She told me just to bring my receipt back within two weeks and they would make it right. Went back the next day and got my spicy chicken with no problem.
Fixing a problem with an order without giving the customer a hassle is a sign of excellent customer service.

I was super impressed by the speedy service at this location. When I arrived there was a long line indoors and in the drive thru so I expected to wait. However, my food was served quickly. The workers here do a great job!

Well since it was Lent I wanted to try their Panko breaded fish sandwich however they’re usually small so I asked about if I could buy an extra piece of fish to throw on there . So they said yes, so this was later in the evening pulled around and my almost $10 fish sandwich was ready almost immediately which I never really thought nothing about it until I got home and then once I started to eat it I could tell the one piece of fish was fresh and then the other one almost tasted like fish jerky just because it was old, called and chewy. So I called up, talk to the manager on duty and they gave me a food credit for another one so I finally went back on good Friday explain to them who I have talked to what the order was and they made it up fresh for me so overall, it was OK. I almost thought that there was too much breading and not enough fish in it, it was fresh did taste good not really quite enough tartar sauce so we had some spicy tartar sauce that I added onto it and really help set the sandwich off. It was OK but I don’t think I would order it again next Lenten season however, Wendy’s did make it right and it is still my favorite place to get fast food from just not their fish

New and very clean. My only critique is that the men's bathroom stall doesn't prevent someone from seeing someone in side. The gap from the stall door to the other side is wide enough to see inside.
