Lala's Blissful Bites

i ordered a key lime pie from here. not only was it the best key lime pie ive ever had but the customer service was astounding. i had a scheduled delivery for 9 am on a monday, i slept in till 9:30 and i thought she would be gone by then. and SHE WAS NOT. she waited for me. I was astonished. will be ordering from here again!!! best bakery in ohio.

I forgot to post a review in November 2019. I called and ordered a key lime pie for a friend's birthday. She was very nice on the phone and easy to understand. She sent me an invoice via email and I was able to pay online as well. She delivered it to my house since her new store was not open yet. The pie was fantastic! My friend was thrilled to have the pie for her birthday. I would definitely recommend Lala's Blissful Bites to anyone. Prices are reasonable and quality is great! Looking forward to trying more in the future.

"Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name..." Well, not quite, but mt wife and I have come to look forward to the delicious variety of Lala's Purple Plate Special. This Special is only served on Wednesday, and in limited quantity. It varies too. Repeat specials can be expected, but the variety is adequate, imo. Also, the staff is very friendly. I'm now a familiar face, and they take my kidding with sufficient good humor. Of course it's the Wednesday Specials which prompt my return. I was even asked if I had a request for a particular special. I said I've always liked a good quiche. The following week that was the Wednesday Special! How 'bout them apples?! My wife always checks Lala's FaceBook page for the selection of the coming special. I call it in, and my voice is now recognized. We always get the Special to-go. I never mind the short wait, as it's very nice to see people coming in to sit and eat or to place and pick up their carry-out orders. Lala's is a warm and comfortable place which has earned my repeat business.

Wow! So before I talk about the mouth watering desserts, I need to comment on the customer service I received. I was completely taken aback by the amazing customer service I received from the initial phone call inquiring about what desserts they have available to the in-person service. Such an amazing experience overall, they completely went out of their way to accommodate me which was not necessary or expected at all, I'll never forget that act of kindness! I ordered the butter pie (first timer, amazzzinnnggg), strawberry crumble (soooo good & the strawberries were fresh, I literally didn't to finish it because it was outstanding) and the sweet potato bar. So pleased with the desserts and service. Highly recommended!!

The sandwiches were great! Whoever makes their chicken salad really knows what they're doing. The caramel apple cheesecake bar was to die for. Not the fastest service, but very friendly and reasonably priced. Sometimes good food takes time and I'm willing to wait. This was our first trip, but we'll definitely be back.

I found this place while searching for a bakery that had some unusual baked goods. On entering, I was overwhelmed with people and quality of the goods. The sweet potato and apple crumb breakfast cakes are incredible. The key lime pie is awesome and the best I have found. Treat yourself to the Kool Aid lemon pies and find a summer delight you can't put away. This place is found gold... try it.

Finally got over to this bakery that I heard so much about. They had a great assortment of dessert bars (my favorite) and I had to try the Sweet Potato, Peach & Lemon Bars. Once I got them home and gave my mother a fork to try them, she said they were so good! The dessert bars are so rich and flavorful. They just taste like home-made goodness. I'll be back!

I went in to the Madison location for the first time to get treats for a meeting. The ladies were very nice and accommodating. I explained that I was celebrating birthdays and they gave me free candles! Everyone at the meeting LOVED the cupcakes of varying flavors, even the peanut butter and jelly! All was a BIG hit and I kept getting questions about where I got them! Thanks very much LALA's. I'll be back!!

Lala's is an absolute gem in our city. The baked goods are delicious and Ms. Terri and her mother are delightful every time I walk in the door. I have now had 2 custom cakes made here and both have exceeded my expectation. If you haven't made it down to check out this lovely bakery, I recommend you jump in your car, drive down Main St., and pick up sweets right now! You will be happy you did:)
