Waited I'd say a good 30 mins, burger was a tiny bit cold but still tasted good and so did everything else. Customer service could be worked on just a little too blunt and rushing, probably understaffed

Rally's is a very Unique restaurant or drive-through to pull up, place your order, and get your food exactly the way you order it. They have closed down so many of the Rally's and they need to open them back into a lot of areas. Their fries are like no other that I have tried. Employees very nice, no complaints whatsoever!

You guys impressed me today. I can here a few months ago and had the worst experience of my life with a long wait and extremely disappointing cold food. But sometimes you just have to have Rally's fries so I decided to give you another chance. I got my food fast and fresh and the employee who helped me was extremely friendly. I can't give a 4 or a 5 because of my first experience but it seems like this place is improving and I will update the more I come back.
Update: You have improved continuously over the course of the past couple years. What was originally a 1 star review is now a 5. Great job yall!
