Food was good but something always gets forgotten in the order, and I have to wait in the drive thru or go in to get corrected. Staff is nice, but wish I didn't have to see them multiple times to get my food.

I went through the drive-thru, there was no customers in the restaurant at all.
All I ordered was a coney crate. I wait for close to 5 minutes, and then they asked me to pull up. I asked for hot sauce before I did. I waited 6 more minutes. I could see the employees dancing around & acting ridiculous.
The guy brings the food to the window, shoves it at me & slams the window without saying a word. I get home & there are 4 packs of Extreme Hot Sauce.
Food was great. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
BY THE WAY, THIS WAS ON A SATURDAY EVENING AROUND 6.

This was the cleanest restaurant I have been to in I don’t know how long. Everything was gleaming: the chairs, tables, floor, salt and restroom. Food tasted great too! Well done! 😃

We had a great conversation with him and our server..Enjoyed Cheese Coneys ....A Must Stop On My Trip In Town. Gold Star Coney and fries yesterday was really tasty service. It was okay. Customer service nowadays pretty much anywhere. It's not what it used to be. The atmosphere I was in the drive-thru so I really couldn't tell you about the inside but at the window I sat for a while and no one said hey will be with you in a moment. Of course I know they're going to be with me in the moment but it's just the fact that I haven't paid and I didn't know how long they were going to be. I almost drove off! But I waited till my food hit the window and I ordered one coney and a fry and it was good and I appreciate it!

We were the only ones in there they brought one plate out at a time but then I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they was bringing the rest out and after about 10 minutes I had to go ask where the rest was at they finally brought it out. Then was charged for stuff they didn't bring us that we asked for initially when placing the order and when it was bright to their attention I was told the manager just left and idk what to do or how to do fix it I just work here you'll have to speak to him. I just walked out bc they clearly wasn't going to be off any help.
