It was nice to stop by this afternoon and have friendly, laughing faces serving me. It’s rare to see people seem to be enjoying their jobs these days. Plus my food was delicious! I will absolutely be back!

Very nice restaurant, however they don't seem to get much business traffic. The food was good, service great , but it was empty.

We went thru the drive thru. There was a longer line for 8:30pm but it was handled efficiently and friendly. The food was good. We ordered chili and cheeseburgers, which was still hot when we got it home. The only disappointment was being out of hot fudge cake.

Store number #17 in Cincinnati Ohio has great customer service and all the skills to succeed. Two big boys plain with extra extra pickles will be my prefer every time.

The service was ok the drive thru girl was very kind but you can tell they are short staffed like most places. The food was great but the Hot fudge cake was a mess, poorly made. It was sloppy. Otherwise it was ok.

I just left Frisch's in North college Hill and let me just say they never disappoint me I don't even have to ask for my food to be fresh because it's always fresh so today I called them and asked to speak to the manager just to let her know that I appreciate them because my food was fresh and hot and I mean hot through the bag cheese was actually melted on my big boy thank you to the manager shay . Its sad you have to ask for fresh food when you're paying your hard earned cash

Amazing store with great personality whether through the drive thru or coming in for take out , you have a really great team going on over there at team 17 and there energy is magnificent I will definitely be back. Really wish the dining room was open but in due time and prayers it will be
