Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle has usually been consistent besides one time in Indiana but for the most part it's pretty good. A good amount of portions on the bowl & burrito definitely double wrapped with the extra tortilla option. The hot salsa is always on point although not spicy for me. It is difficult to find parking if the back parking lot isn't crowded & you can't park on the side. Very busy & crowded area of traffic since it's near the hospital & rush hour traffic.

Chipotle is great, but they seem to run out of key ingredients too often. I can't count how many times they have been out of my favorite protein, guacamole, chips, etc... This visit was particularly frustrating as I was told that they were out of my favorite protein and guacamole. No big deal on the protein, I picked another (though I don't understand being out of a protein in the middle of dinner rush, repeatedly). The big issue to me was that on the separate online order station I could see a tub full of guacamole, so I asked if they would get it from there.I had this idea because this is where they got my protein from when there wasn't any on the main line. The associate told me that the guacamole was for online orders only. I then became frustrated and asked if they needed to put my protein back since they got it from the online order line, to which I received a blank stare. I then asked if I could order the guacamole online (being half serious and half facetious) so that I could get it. Another blank stare.
