Food is tasty and portion were good but the crunchy taco was very soggy and broke so that was disappointing but I still ate that shh and enjoyed it

This is by far the BEST chipotle in Cincinnati, maybe in the world 🌎 Almost all of the workers are beyond amazing at their jobs. I always am met with friendly faces and excellent food 🍲 I will go out of my way, drive an hour or more away just to get this chipotle, it NEVER disappoints. As compared to the one on beechmont this one is infinite levels above in every way♾️ if I could give this 10 stars I absolutely would⭐️ They NEVER short you on food, and it is always well worth the money. Great!!! We did order 2 kids meals (chicken quesadillas) and they made a tortilla with just cheese and put the chicken on the side. Kids refused to eat it said it was gross. Did online pickup.

Almost always in stock of all of their menu items (occasionally they run out of chips but that's usually within the last hour or so that they're open). This location has always been fully staffed each time I've come here which helps the line to move quickly and the staff is quite friendly. Overall, really good service! Much better than the Hyde Park Chipotle!
