Good selection of food . The food was hot and fresh, and the hot and sour soup was sweet but hot. The workers were working hard getting out the orders as fast as possible. There was only some language barriers for ordering some of the food.

This is a really good Chinese place. They have a good variety of food, as well as some more American options for those unfamiliar with the cuisine. They aren't the fastest at making food, but it's worth it. Their Hot and Sour soup is the best of any Chinese place I've had.

I have tried several Chinese places in the area and this is by far my favorite. The food tastes delicious and it's always hot and fresh. The pricing is perfect for how much food you get. The staff has always been friendly with me and they never make me feel rushed when ordering like some other places do. The portions are big enough for me to have multiple meals.

I've lived in Cincinnati my whole life. This is y far one of the BEST Chinese carry out establishments. They are friendly, courteous, and timely. Very fair pricing.
If you love Chinese soups...Jade House HANDS DOWN has made the BEST HOT AND SOUR SOUP.. I've ever had. I've had hot and sour soup from at least 40 different restaurants. None can compare to Jade House . ALL OF THEIR FOOD IS EXCEPTIONAL.

Great takeout place. The pork fried rice is some of the best I've found. Love the Szechuan beef. Also got the beef lo mein and ordered it extra spicy and it was 🔥 SO GOOD.

Szechuan Beef is very good and a little bit spicy. The Garlic Chicken runs sweet, a little too sweet for us.

Not exactly authentic Chinese food but then again it's primarily a fast food take out establishment in the Midwest of Ohio as opposed to Chinatown NYC. That said, the food is good and the cashier/order taker is very courteous and friendly while at the same time very efficient. Prices are a little high but once again I'm comparing the competitiveness of 300+ restaurants where here they are pretty much the only game in town.
