Hyde Park Gourmet Food & Wine

I live out of state and needed a gift basket delivered locally in Hyde Park at the last minute during the busy holiday season. I had a minor issue ordering online, and the customer service couldn't have been more awesome. Not only did they quickly resolve my issue, they prepped and held a gift basket for me without me asking, and delivered it the following day. It was a hit and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Great product and awesome service! It was around 2:00 PM when I called to inquire about having a basket delivered the same day and Mary was just incredible. She took my order over the phone and called me back a few minutes later to confirm that she could in fact have the order delivered that day. The order was actually delivered within an hour of being placed. Now that's awesome! Thank you Mary!

Stopped in today for the first time. I have an extensive wine cellar of premium, boutique wines. This store has the best selection of premium wines, wonderful cheeses and meats, olive oils that I’ve seen in the Midwest at a small privately owned business! The wine prices are very fair too. Hats off to the owner! Nice lady....we talked to her as well. Great hidden treasure in Hyde Park Square!!!

Great wine shop, best in Cincinnati. Very curated selection - from entry level to rare, hard-to-find gems. If you are looking for a serious bottle this is the place to go. Evelyn is very friendly and knows her stuff (she's also a certified somm with the Court of Master Sommeliers). If you are really into wine, I definitely recommend visiting. As a side note, ignore the sham review posted by Eric Salome below. The guy is a fraud and pariah. I have first hand knowledge of the fact that he is nowhere near his Master of Wine. That's like a 4th grader claiming to be "one level shy of their PhD." No MW candidate would ever behave in the unprofessional way he has. Nor does he understand how state regulated pricing works in Ohio (he's not from here) - his comments about the prices are a total fabrication. All prices are at the OH state minimum.
