Process was pretty smooth even though it's a high volume restaurant. I went inside drive-thru was too long

This time quick service. The guy who took our order about 9pm (drive thru) had our order correct and he gave excellent customer service.

The line was long when I pulled up but it moved very quickly. I found out why it was long to begin with when I got my food. The fries were super hot and fresh. Same with the sliders I ordered.

Not open late now, that sucks. :-/ Buuuuuut, good people, usually quick service, still the White Castle we remember at this location. Still good vibes at the window and inside, cool carefree staff (in a good way), and just good to see a fast food place in my area still doing this well and how I remember it, with poise, skill and tact. They are truly appreciated!

I've never had a bad experience at this particular White Castle and I now know why, because sh*t trickles down. The manager(s) are awesome and so the employees are awesome. Usually pretty fast service and my order is hot and correct!

As always White Castle doesn't disappoint! I've been eating those sliders since I was 13 years old here in Cincinnati & I'm now 62 & still love the place! 🙂

Drive thru line was long so I went inside and ordered carryout. Staff was on it, and I was greeted as soon as I walked up. Order was 100% accurate, quick to be served, and food was hot and fresh. It was everything you'd want in any fast food experience with the added bonus of it being White Castle's food. Great job to the staff.
