The day time manager here is amazing. The cashier made a mistake and charged my card 56.72 for a few items which I didn’t notice until the next day. I never got a receipt but the manager took the time out of his day to view the cameras and make the situation right. He has made them a loyal customer . Always great customer service. Thank you thank you

Honestly this is my least favorite Dunkin but it’s usually most convenient. BUTTTTT on Saturday 7/15 there were only 4 people working and I want them to know they are appreciated. A girl walked out right in front of me. They kept a smile on their faces and busted it out. Good job guys!!! Especially the kid making the coffees for the Togo orders and take out. Just stayed positive and friendly. These 4 deserve a day off.
