No matter where we lived in U S.A.,We came to Cincy every summer when school was out by Greyhound bus. The FIRST place we went to was Empress Chili. I miss it so much, even at 66 yrs old! THE BEST CHILI EVER!

Friendly service, great cheese, and a solid (the original!) chili recipe put Empress in the top three chili parlors in Cincinnati. The location was spotless, too. We will definitely be back here for more 5 ways, 3 ways and coneys!
