Mcalister's Deli

I did an Uber Eats order for a Southwest salad and a cup of fresh fruit, plus a brownie because yes, BROWNIES! The salad was enormous, it could probably feed two. The fruit was a nice mix of things, The delivery was prompt, correct, and everything was so fresh!! I definitely recommend it for folks who want fresh food that's healthy, or those little indulgences that aren't. I'll definitely order from them again. Sorry about the photo of the salad but I dug in when it got here.

When I walked up to the counter to order my food, one of the employees seemed to be available to take my order. She looked at me and then walked into the back. The other employee, a young woman with blonde hair, was forced to stop what she was doing and-rightfully so-was a little flustered as she came to kindly and respectfully help me. This has happened multiple times before--which is the only reason I'm leaving a review. The food is great, the environment is nice, but I just felt that was kind of rude. If you see a customer don't just ignore them, I see the poor young lady who helped me here all the time and she's constantly having to bust her butt. Lucky to have her!

McAlister's has long been a favorite place to eat. I love how the potato chips used to cover the plate. I used to order the muffaletta, my favorite sandwich from just about anywhere. Those features are long gone, but they have always, in all the states where I've eaten at McAlister's, had the best tasting tea. It's phenomenal. I ordered the Crunchy Turkey sandwich, mainly out of curiosity. It was quite good, the crunch, and a little heat, coming from jalapeno potato chips on a sandwich of turkey, bacon, and avocado. It's a good combination of flavors and texture on the ciabatta bread. Instead of covering the plate with chips anymore, the only viable side I saw was potato salad, which was flavorless overall. This store had good service with friendly staff.
