I have been in Cincinnati every day for a week and I found this quaint little coffee shop. The coffee is great and the food is delicious. Service is cheerful. Overall a very pleasant enviroment. Good job.

They are very friendly. My order was miscommunicated. The barista thought I order a chai latte, but I ordered a hot chocolate (non coffee drinker). Once the mistake was discovered he offered to make the correction. I ask to take the prepared drink instead. I loved it. It was delicious and the right temperature. Great job.

Great coffee and great specialty coffees. Able to accommodate special requests like "half the sweetness" or "light ice". Very friendly staff. I visit every time I have a meeting downtown.

Kitty's coffee on court street serves the best coffee with a warm smile. I also greatly enjoy the home-made soups.

Kitty's is delicious! I'm vegetarian and find their warm sandwiches both filling and affordable options for my diet. Love the San Carlos and Cb&J. Their homemade cashew butter is beyond amazing and so affordable - especially being in such a central location downtown. I walk there for lunch at least once a week. The staff is also really sweet and have never messed up my order or given me a negative attitude. Great place :)
