Dope Asian Street Fare

Definitely DOPE! We had lemongrass chicken banh mi, pork dumplings, veggie ramen, and kimchi with Chinese jasmine tea and ca phé suá dá. The food was fantastic! The service was great, despite a slight language barrier. The atmosphere was fun with some live music playing close by. Everyone was friendly and the place was very clean. Dope is located on the 2nd floor above Kroger with elevator and stair access. We will certainly return for more Dope! Asian Street Fare!!

Dope Asian Street Fare in the Kroger 'On the Rhine' Food Court is excellent. The Bao Buns (steamed buns) are huge, made fresh and full of just the right combination of ingredients. We've tried the pork belly, the char siu pork, the lemongrass chicken, the beef and the crispy tofu. All were excellent. Dope is a favorite stop on Riverside Food Tours new 'Court Street' food tour! I highly recommend.

Visited Dope Asian Street Gare with my son and was really surprised by the food quality and the great flavor . We had the pork belly bao bun and also the pork belly Ramen and they know how to cook. We definitively enjoyed both the dishes as well as a nice staff and clean atmosphere on the second floor inside the downtown Kroger.

We went here for Asian Food Week. It was one of the few restaurants open after the ice storm. Good selection of Japanese and Vietnamese dishes. Delicious food, freshly cooked. Authentic taste and presentation. Restaurant was clean with lots of natural lighting. Service was quick and friendly. We did not have to wait long. Highly recommend for both sit-down and carry-out.

Dope Asian Street Fare in Hyde Park was sooo good last nite! Man! We obviously ordered 2 days worth of food, but it was beautiful lol. We loved how quick and easy the whole experience was! It started out with free parking in the lot next to it 🙏. Then walking in, the small team was so friendly and patient as we ordered through the menu. They made sure we had everything we needed at all times, even with delivery apps going off and other guests coming in. The seating was comfortable, clean, and we loved the wall graffiti. 😎 We were surprised how all that food was brought out so quickly without skimping or missing anything! I loved the freshness, presentation, and how well balanced everything was (chef's kiss 💋). Such an easy, quick, and delicious date night for us. We r so glad we found a legit ramen place so close to home that reminds of us the ones we love visiting in LA or NYC. 🙌 Locally owned so give them love! ♥️

We stopped by for lunch, and started with the Veggie dumplings - they were good but not exceptional.. bigger than most other offerings, so more dough but not the same ratio of fillings.. I ordered the Drunk Brisket Rice Bowl - it was very delicious, and highly recommended. I stirred the brisket into the rice, and the flavor was imparted sufficient that even a mouthful of rice was very tasty. The brisket was melt in your mouth good.. She had the Grammy's Laksa - as much as I liked my choice, hers was even better!! The flavors were hard to describe, but it just worked.. I would typically not order this myself.. but I will do so next time! The service was also fantastic.. we highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!
