I came for the first time near the end of lunch hour and was a little disappointed by the long line, only to then be SHOCKED by how fast it moved! I got my order out the door way quicker than I expected.
I was also very happy that they offer a “skinny” smaller sandwich size, as regular sized sandwiches usually make me feel bloated. And it tasted great, too!

We went right at opening to grab a bite before a convention the other week. The two young ladies who were running the store were absolutely amazing! Super friendly and patient with us first-timers. They helped make our visit that much better (: Food was delicious too!

Tasty, never had an incorrect order. A little slow for carryout (orders are never on the carryout shelf if you order during lunch) but it beats waiting in the main line. Would love to see cucumber and spinach come back on the menu, it's a little depressing having lettuce as the only green on my sandwich.

It was my 1st time visiting this place and it was amazing the staff were very welcoming and the food was great I got A sandwich called Wreck And broccoli cheese soup that was Spectacular I will return😊

I'm in town with my husband at the Hilton. While he is at his conference I wanted a sandwich somewhere close.
The line moved quickly. The menu was clear. It was a very good sandwich at a reasonable price. I loved that I could sit in the Fountain Square to eat.

Potbelly is a popular lunch spot in downtown, expect to wait in line. Not a problem, they move through the orders rather quickly. Sandwiches and soup is the menu, with chips, cookies and milkshakes too. If you like hot peppers, try them out as they were pretty tasty. Enjoy!

Just a chain sandwich restaurant, but this one is in a good location so it gets a lot of traffic. The good - the food is generally well prepared. The bad - they are often so busy, it can take a little longer than usual for Potbelly to get you your sandwich. But, when you're in the mood for a pizza sub with extra mushrooms, there's not many other places around Fountain Square that you can get one. So, you wait in line and like it.

I’ve always enjoyed potbelly! I was here recently and I have to say they manage the downtown weekday lunch rush quite well. We had to repeat our order again at the counter so I’m not sure why they had someone record it as the line went through (logistics maybe?). At any rate, they got through an impressive amount of people in record time. Staff was friendly and food was delicious as always. Hope to stop by when things are a bit slower to just enjoy the experience!

This is a solid Potbelly location and it always delivers the experience you would expect. It is conveniently located in Fountain Square in Cincinnati. The staff have always been very friendly, helpful, and they keep things moving well when the restaurant gets busy. I always enjoy coming here and enjoying their delicious Italian sandwich.

We had a very large catering order scheduled for delivery. The morning of the delivery there was a change in our schedule and we needed to move the delivery slot. The Potbelly team was very accommodating and the order was delivered at the new delivery time. The food was good and they made sure the hot food stayed hot and the cold stayed cold.
