Worst service to customers!!! I say customers because my husband and 9 year old were together at this 7-11 on 7 Naples St., Chula Vista, CA 91911 and I was on the phone with my husband during the entire incident. To break it down to a short version…he wanted to gas but didn’t know the pump number…he said to the cashier that he was the only car out there, assuming she would know the pumps number by looking out the large glass window. He told her she can be more professional. The cashier then refused service(gas) and for him to speak to a manager, which is quite disturbing because she felt my husband was being smart with her and giving her attitude. Where is the resolution in this scenario? If she doesn’t have the skills to be interacting with customers while providing excellent service, for a position that requires “Customer Service”, then she shouldn’t be working in this type of environment or this position. Where is the training and professionalism? Definitely not here, with this cashier at 9 p.m. on Oct 5, 2021.

Been coming here almost all my life. Been getting gas here as well as anything I need quickly. I don’t come here anymore because the new management, specifically the new assistant manager Sabrina, is horrible. Always has an attitude, disrespects customers and is out right just a horrible person. Definitely someone who shouldn’t be working a customer service position let alone a managerial role. If I can give a less than 1star I would. Just get your chips at the liquor store behind them. Much nicer.

I was contacted for an interview, which I accepted. The interview was for an hour from the phone call, and I gladly accepted. Upon arrival, I waited for the manager to come out for 15 minutes only to be told that she was talking to the guy who wanted to quit and he decided not too. She told me she will have to cancel the interview since the guy wants to stay working there. This is highly disrespectful to me, to bring me in, just to scare the guy into continuing to work there. I made time out of my day to come, within the hour, drove there, waited 15 minutes for absolutely nothing. She was not apologetic, she did not care. I was just used. This is not professional behavior whatsoever. There are people in this pandemic suffering, who really need a job, and the last thing someone needs is for someone to manipulate and use a total stranger just to keep an employee from quitting. It was a total waste of, not only gas, but my time. This has left a sore taste in my mouth, and I am no longer interested in working at a company who treats people as such. Thanks for nothing.

Pretty poor customer service. They were arguing about the fan going on when the door was closed. One of the ladies behind the register yeller at another employee to leave the door open. She was very disrespectful to him. I would not allow someone like her to work on my team and represent my store the way she did.
