Plazas Mexican Food

It had been a while since we ate here. There was a time when we used to go about twice a month to have their good caldo de pollo and caldo de res (beef stew). My daughter was craving for a caldito de pollo with vegetables, so we went to the place we knew. The flavor was ok, it comes with a little cup of rice (ok) a little bit of onion and cilantro, 4 corn tortillas were not what us use to be and they were cold or a flower tortilla (cold and burned), and the guacamole (well, I really recommend not get it there). We were a little disappointed... We understand that as with everything COVID has affected everyone and all industries but what, in my opinion, shouldn't change is the attitude of the people that attend clients.. the lady who was at the cashier was pretty rude.. maybe it was a bad day for her, but maybe if there is a next time, we will just order to go. I hope they can fix some issues so they can become again a place that many people would like to enjoy and recommend.

Their salsa station is a bit of a mess. I hope it's not always like this. Otherwise, the bistec ranchero is good. The portions are fair and everything tastes fresh. The only other criticism is to use the card, there's a $10 minimum, so they upsell you until you get there. Otherwise, it's cash to avoid it. For me, it's a minor inconvenience since it's my first time here and everything seems fresh and quick. In my case, I ordered chips on the side to make it to a total of $10.25 to dine in and have a cup of water with it.

Rilled tacos were good, the one carne asada taco was good Disappointed with a sign that say 3 different types of tacos for 6.99, the catch is they jave to all be the same. That sucks because when i go to a taci truck i get 1 of this 1 of that and so on. Then we asked for ceviche, which they didn't have either. So opted for the good old carne asada burrito. The food fo me was good over all nothing out of the ordinary.
