It doesn't even deserve one star. I have been there a couple times. I went there in lunch time right at 12pm. When I entered the tables were not set neither the buffet was ready. I waited 10 minutes then the manager came and said buffet is ready and yet I saw some of the dishes were missing. And the manager brought naan that was burned he is not suppose to be bringing burnt naan for a customer who paid for the food. When I came first day tandoori chicken taste heavenly but today it taste stale and pretty much all the dishes were not fresh. I ordered a dessert from the and the manager said that is not available which is weird. I avoid giving bad reviews but I have to write an honest review. Lastly not to offense the manager looked like he just got up from bed and come up to open the restaurant his clothes were dirty Not professional. Will never go there.

Wanted to share my experience of Biryani House in Cary (Chatham Square). They have re opened under new management. We went there for the weekend brunch and let me tell you. It was absolutely delicious. I moved from Atlanta 2 years ago and lets just say that this is the first time I have had good Pakistani food since I moved to the area. The quality of the food is especially important to me and they get 100% on that. The buffet offers a variety of vegetarian and meat items and they all taste authentic. The haleem was the star of this show. It was fresh and tasted wonderful. My father (who prefers vegetables over meat) couldn’t stop eating nihari. It was well cooked with good quality meat with no fat. Felt like it was home cooked (yes it was that good). I loved the typical lahori style nashta of halwa puri and channa (mind blown). And these are just some of the items. They have at least 10 more items on the buffet including Biryani, tandoori chicken, butter chicken, qeema matar, chicken curry, daal, egg plant, Paya,naan, seekh kababs and more. I have been to Biryani House couple of times and today was my worst experience ever, they don’t even deserve one star. We ordered mutton karahi and the meat wasn’t well cooked and guess what my stomach was upset. Really disappointing and the waiter is not at all professional doesn’t maintain a book to take order and forgot to bring chicken karahi and his not even sorry.I don’t recommend this restaurant to my closed one’s and those who are going to visit for the first time they should read my review and let me tell you that they took 2 hours to bring our food I swear.

We ordered from there twice. First time was good. We ordered Lamb korma and the gravy was thick. This time we ordered lamb korma and goat Karachi. Both the gravy was unbelievably watery and the meat had a raw taste on it. My understanding is you always add yoghurt/cream to korma to make the gravy thick/creamy. The Karahi was practically tasteless. To put gasoline on fire, my wife found a piece of hair on the Karahi. I called to make a complaint/review in order to ensure future orders are not messed up but the manager was totally dismissive and refused acknowledge his subpar products. I made it clear to him that I wasn’t asking for money back or any freebies and also he would be far better off taking my complaint on phone rather than on google but it seemed pretty clear that civility was not his language and therefore this review ;)
