Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The food was good but check your order before you leave to make sure that you are getting EVERYTHING that YOU paid for. I checked my bag before I left and was missing an item. I gently told them what I was missing and it was given to me with no fuss, but no apology was made either. *update* There is a straight hair in my smoothie and grime in and around my cup. I have curly hair, that hair is NOT mine. Please don't come here unless you want to be sick!

So the food was good…. But one of our party ordered a bowl, and got a wrap. The kids working behind the counter were to busy playing around in the back where no one could get their attention. We were seated waiting for a secondary order and they took it, sat it on the counter without calling out the order so it sat there getting cold. We had to ask where it was, we had to ask for a fork then and they had disappeared to the back again! I am all for enjoying working, but if you can’t get the orders correct and people have to continuously hunt for you and YELL to get your attention because you can’t hear over your music playing in the back. Laugh, giggle, by all means; but you are at work… do your JOB!

Worst experience at tropical smoothie yet. My order was not together so I left half if it behind and had to go back. My hummus wrap had about a teaspoon of hummus on one end of the wrap. Luckily I had some at home and to top it off, the half filled container of kale slaw was old and wilted. Gross! Extremely disappointed in the whole experience!

Purchased 3 smoothies and a couple of chicken quesadillas today... they were out of chocolate and decided to not inform me of a missing smoothie that was already paid for and let me walk out the door.. after driving back the employees had no clue what to do... finally they get that someone should have let me know...quesadillas were terrible chewy chicken...do your self a favor and go to another tropical smoothie location this one is horrible!
