Great service and environment with very good food (Sunday Roast).
The chocolate brownie is particularly good for those like me who prefer less sugar and more cocoa! The cinnamon in the sauce alongside the brownie was an extra nice touch.
I really like the atmosphere of the restaurant. The only reason for the 4 stars is that a couple of screaming children were running around towards the end of the meal and I'm not a fan of loud high pitched noises, but the restaurant itself and the staff were lovely.

Once a while a masterclass is taking place here, I attended an intro to the gin today and that was so fun! All complimentary and you can learn so many great things! Definitely recommend it!

Came here on our date night because we live nearby and like the decor of this place. Overall, food and drinks were pretty good. We had the gnocchi and veggie burger, and both were about 4 stars. Good enough that we were both happy we came. Cocktails were also good. I do think the place is a bit expensive (maybe 15-20% more than other comparable spots), but it is a hotel and Hilton after all so seems reasonable. The place also has a very swanky vibe and has a nice lounge and pool table just to hang and get drinks with friends. Dessert was also quite good!

Craft cocktails a nice English menu and comfortable lounge seating and a large dining room. The Folio is catering to the hotel guests and make the stay a very comfortable atmosphere.

Amazing food, very high quality cooked to perfection with very pleasant cocktails in a modern and stylish building.
Unfortunately the service was very poor they forgot our order on three separate occasions meaning for example that the wine I ordered to be paired with my food didn't arrive until well after I had finished it somewhat defeating the point.
Also the ambience could be improved with reduced lighting, there's too many bright white lights which isn't conducive to a romantic atmosphere.
We had a good night but it needs a little work
