His sub was a greasy mess! Fries undercooked Chicken was great we get food here all the time don't know what happened but we spent $32 and threw most away don't usually complaint but..

Not a good experience
The food was cold. The fish was room temperature. The breading was thick and had separated from the meat. The greens and mashed potatoes were colder than room temperature. Customer service was good. I was less than satisfied.

Great fast service. I went in to pick up stuff for someone else. I don't eat seafood so I didn't know anything about picking it out. The young man behind the counter took time to explain how to pick things out how to know if it's good or ready he was your Health

No one in the kitchen had a mask on and the cashier had hers pulled down. I been going there for years but they have gone down hill. I bought 2 fish platters today for lunch the collards were tough and the fish was fried so long it tasted like potato chips. Horrible I will never go back.

First- the counter lady was not wearing a mask during the covid 19 pandemic!
Secondly- our chicken , although good in flavor, was taken from a heat box out front. So, the chicken was lukewarm and very dry.
Perhaps I should come closer to lunch time to get something fresh.

Went in to get seafood to go, and the guy who weighed my shrimp just picked up shrimp with his bare hands, no gloves and was posting a credit card payment for someone else. All this during handling food. Health code inspector will be called. This is terrible service overall here at Kools.

I’ve been in here twice now and both times the 2 ladies who were working had miserable attitudes,if they would smile I believe their face would crack! The cook had her mask on her chin and the lady at the register hand hers down by her lips🤦🏼♀️ Unsanitary and very Concerning in my book when a pandemic is going on and people were inside waiting on their orders..I won’t be going back again!!!

FRESH is the word! The seafood here is plentiful and fresh. I know because my husband and I have done business with Dave (the owner) for years, selling our oysters and now crabs to him and he has always been fair. We also buy fish and scallops from KOOL ICE.
