Dandelion Cafe

Really enjoyed this class. I’ve practised hot yoga in other establishments, whilst fun, is less focused on correct technique. This class was a lot more “serious” which I loved. I found Camyoga has much greater emphasis on proper form and alignment and I learned a lot. (Jozef corrected many mistakes I didn’t even know I had). Great class.

My friend is a regular here and she persuaded come to come along and try a class. I am so glad she did i felt a lot better after some gentle and not so gentle stretches. There seems to be lots of different classes here so whatever your level i think you will find one that is right. I am certainly looking to start regularly

'Camyoga offers a really varied range of yoga styles so someone new to yoga can have the opportunity to see what style suits them. All taught by very experienced and friendly teachers. There is also a wonderful vegetarian and vegan choice of food at there cafés which encourages the whole yogic approach of good diet. Both studios offer mats, props etc so if students are walking or travelling by bike they don't need to worry about carrying lots of equipment.’

Our aspirations create our reality and engaging with camyoga like its a spiritual community rather than an organisation has given me tangible benefits. Being new to Cambridge when camyoga first opened its George IV studios meant I was immediately treated with a full and diverse timetable of yoga, a vegan cafe and a positive community. Rather than just pop in and out of classes I took the time to say hello to people in the change rooms and in the yoga studios and ended up making friends for life with likeminded yogi's. Camyoga's teachers are impressive. Embodying their own practice and ethics they teach in creative and dynamic ways gently pushing me on my own journey and refreshing my home practice with new inspiration. I'm grateful to have such a peaceful place to find refuge in amidst my busy life.
