Sainsburys Cafe Cambridge

Good store, plenty of parking at the front and behind, good disabled parking, clean and well lit. Has Argos in store and sells its own TU clothes. Cafe also available. Would have given a five star but was saddened that a lady in a mobility scooter was treated unfairly by some staff not pleasant to witness, Manager needs to sort out this type of discrimination on the disabled.

Cheapest petrol in area at this time at 147.9 for unleaded. Car park & store always busy. Note my shopping trolley token did not work in their trolley so needed to get out cash and change money for £1 to use trolley. Couldnt see a specific sainsbury token to get another for key chain. Lane contents easier to see at a glance if located at end of row, in sainsbury they are half way down, lots walking around to locate items. The scan check out terminal appeared quite complicated needed lots of help to navigate as not obvious which processes to press next. Arrived back at car only to find selfish diver had parked right next to my drivers door, not allowing much space for me to get in. Managed to slide over from passenger side.... driver other car must have struggled to get out also !! Why did they not move over then? They had the room !!!! Trolley areas over full with smaller trolley, maybe the staff member was on break, 2 shelters were full and into drive areas. Good store experience, but areas which could be improved upon.
