The Catch Fish & Chips

We've been here three times, and they've consistently served up the same great food. The chips are some of the best I've had, they're just like what you get at the seaside, with a nice taste and just the right amount of crisp. The beef and chicken burgers are both excellent, and they even toast the buns! Also of note are the scampi bites, which are nicely fried. In addition to all this, the prices are fantastic; lunch for three people was just £34. Perhaps the only downside is the pies which aren't of the highest quality. The place is also quite echoey, so it can get very loud when it's busy (it's usually pretty quiet though). But everything else is fantastic. We'll be making the most of this shop!

Nice fish and chip shop in the heart of Cambridge. Fish was cooked perfectly with those extra little bits of crispy batter. Good portion of chips to accompany the fish. Staff friendly and helpful, accommodating my mum who is a wheelchair user. A very good price for fish and chips, even more so considering we dined in. Will definitely come here again.

Was looking for a fish and chips in my area and found this place. The person who served us was very friendly and we got our meals to go very fast (we waited around 5-7 mins). The place looked nice and tidy. Was not very crowded for a Saturday afternoon. The meal portions are quite big as I barely finished mine even with a huge hunger. The prices are fair. Definitely will return here! Thank you.

Just had chicken fillet burger and chips and Mum had sausage and chips. Fantastic service, chicken was freshly cooked to perfection, just like everything else. Even down to the bun. Chips are fresh and taste great and there's more than enough with the decent portion sizes. Feeling very full and satisfied. Top notch place to eat.
