We had a special afternoon tea here, 1 gluten free and 1 normal. Both were absolutely lovely! Lovely place, great staff!

book to mark a special occasion. food was very nice although a little disappointed that the online menu was different from what we were offered in the tea room😣.
We picked this place as it offers a kids afternoon tea but once we were seated we were told they didn't offer this now. kindly the manager arranged a kids afternoon for us specially.
We appreciate this. overall a good experience. I would recommend.

We stopped off and had a lovely cream tea whilst xmas shopping. Lovely atmosphere and great service and food.

The inside is very nice, with the perfect tea room atmosphere.
The menu is varied and all the dishes seem to be tasty.
When we arrived the waiters accommodated us without delay and immediately served us with perfect efficiency. They wear a classic uniform that contributes to carry you into the past. It was late (but not after the designed breakfast time), but we received a portion that looked smaller than the ones in their profile photos. If they were short of ingredients we would rather have been told, if they didn't that's a scam.
The place is clean, toilet included, and not noisy, even when it's crowded.

Lovely place for a tea lover, staff are very professional in my view, felt a bit posh but still a nice place nobody said anything negative to me. I had lemon verbana tea and traditional English breakfast grill which was nice and you get a choice of how you want eggs cooked.

The shop was full of people, but we got decently fast service. The tee was nice, and the scone was decent. Everything was decent to try and experience the british things. The price was not that high, so I definitely recommend here. The staffs are nice enough to answer my questions.

Was on a busy time there. Everything came as ordered and lovley decorated. Very friendly waitress. Lovley piano. I enjoyed my time here.

Perfect spot for a lovely coffee for two. We tried their almond and Victoria sponge cake and they were both delicious. The staff was friendly and love the piano playing in the background!
