Best lamb doner meat I've ever had (so far). Lively atmosphere as people come and go, eat and chat to Carlos. Decent prices for the quality, and has a more of a home kitchen vibe than a typical kebab shop. Carlos is an attentive and generous cook, but is a salesman, so make sure you are confident in your choice of meal unless you are willing to pay for something else/extra.

The chicken doner is made from freshly chicken and not a frozen stuff. Amount of food is generous.

Loved this casual cafe in Cambridge, great prices and very tasty food! Staff were delightful, the owner giving us hummus and pitta, Turkish tea on the house. Great value!

He made my day. Two days ago I crossed by the door of this place, and I thank the moment I decided to enter. The food was delicious and he was amazing with me, offering me a tea and a flavoured water. Thanks, I really needed that 😀

Quickly becoming an essential stop-over on my way home from work. Excellent food and hospitality is 2nd to none. Carlos is a great host and always generous. Try the Turkish tea!

Carlos is an absolute legend. He is generous with everyone, and also gives away a lot of food to places like homeless shelters etc. Carlos was my go-to takeaway supplier throughout the lockdowns. There's simply no better food-value for the money you spend here.
I come here often for this huge lamb shank, turkish tea and baklava.

Love this place, Carlos is a local legend! A really friendly guy who always makes you feel welcome, food is good and 9 times out of 10 you'll get a complimentary cup of tea or coffee while you wait for your food, great atmosphere and multi cultural, people from all walks of life sitting and eating together, great conversations to be had!

Today after thinking about trying Carlos BBQ for such a long time I finally did and I'm so glad I went! We ordered the chicken shish, falafel and hummus and everything was cooked perfectly and super tasty. Carlos was so nice and friendly and gave us lots of extra food so we can also say that the lamb is really good too. We'll definitely be going back soon and want to try more things on the menu. Thank you for the great food!

Awesome delicious falafel wrap which tasted great and was well worth the price. I asked for additional halloumi to be added to my wrap. Also enjoyed the Turkish tea and coffee. The chef/owner is kind, warm and very accommodating to all patrons visiting his establishment. Definitely worth a visit
