Domino's Pizza

These people are a scam. The driver called me 2 times to get the address and still couldn’t figure it out. He drove around Florence and parked in a random location with my order for an entire hour. I saw all the activity from the pizza tracker delivery system on their website. I called and told them I wanted a refund and no longer wanted the food. And instead of taking the pizza back to the restaurant, the driver dropped it off at a random person’s house (the woman that got the pizza called me the next day because my phone number and name was on the box). I would never order from ANY Domino’s ever again and highly recommend no one else does either. I called the restaurant the next day and asked for the managers name so I could get my refund and report what the driver did by putting my personal information on some strangers doorstep, however I was told by an employee that she didn’t know the manager’s name. I reported it to corporate. And yes I’m still waiting for my refund. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau. Their employees violated a lot of guidelines.

This is the most horrible place for ordering and receiving food i ordered food for my daughter at 7 30 pm and just received the food about 3hrs later the dessert burned the pizza cold. Then the manager not taking calls right now and i was told by 3 different people the food was on the way hours ago at this point they need to close this store and make it a Papa Johns. This store needs a minus zero rate just horrible. No one should order from this Dominos. Wish i could post the pictures of this food. Then after all this no apology like really. I wonder if we could get a petition going with all these complaints to have this store closed

They have been "Quality Checking" our pizza for 45 minutes. Other much better pizza places could make and deliver in the same time time from farther away UPDATE: It has been 2 hours since the order and they are finally actually at my neighborhood. I called 35 minutes ago and they talked me down from cancelling by saying it'd only be 10 minutes. UPDATE 2: Pizza was cold upon arrival Never ordering from this Dominos again

The worst ! I waited nearly 3 hours for my food and was told a manager would reach out to me, one never did. After calling the store 4 times for an update they finally got a hold of someone and he was very dismissive & saying he has other things to attend to, then after waiting to see what could be done he hung up with no explanation. It doesn’t make sense for someone to wait so long to eat. Poor customer service.

Tried to order multiple times from this location and the order is canceled every time. Poor service in my humble opinion. If you say delivery is til 11pm then it should be 11pm. I ordered at 10pm and the order was canceled. When I called the person on the line simply hung up on me. I should expect this from the McDonald's of pizza.

It's funny I read the comments was wondering why I placed an order tonight around 10:00pm and it was cancelled lol I tried calling the store waited 10mins nobody picked up...after trying again some rude bish answered and said they we're closed i had to ask why twice just to get told they are short on driver's😆😆like why is that my problem??😂😂 that's ashame all these terrible reviews about them cancelling people's order's and nothing is being done....another thing why are they closing over an hour early because no driver's? Shouldn't they stay open for carry out?? You guy's are better off just going to papa John's PERIOD...this place is unprofessional and don't care about people

Zero stars if I could. My friends ordered a pizza and waited two hours so i placed an order for delivery. They say no problem 15 minutes, i pull up to the front of the building and the woman behind counter begins to hide in the back so i knock on the door multiple times of course before she gets up, she tells me that its only her and will take two hours for her to make a pizza? Very pathetic, might as well just close the place in my opinion.
