Tgi Fridays

Haven't been to TGI Fridays in a very long time. The Host was nice, was able to sit down right away. The waitress was nice and helpful. Had the fried green bean fries. They were ok, seemed like they changed from a while ago. Ordered the simple grilled salmon with rice and broccoli with cheese and added side of fried shrimp too. But they gave mashed potatoes instead. I didn't say anything about it. They were good. The broccoli with cheese was alright. She forgot the shrimp but she was able to get that for me.

Ordered from this location through Doordash for the first time 6-23-2022. Everything was okay with the accuracy of the order and the quality of almost everything. My daughter wanted broccoli (not the lemon broccoli) as her side item. She was super excited because it is her favorite vegetable. Unfortunately, she was highly disappointed by the brown broccoli she was served. Why would anyone allow this to happen? This was her favorite restaurant until she was served frozen cake for her birthday a few years back. Today, I convinced her to give them another try. Bad decision! I won't say not to go here but, be aware.

I went to TGIF on Monday 3/14/22 @ 3:30-3:40pm. I would have given TGIF a 5 star rating, but our waitress was no good. We had to keep getting up and looking for her. She never asked us what type of wings we wanted. So we received the wrong wings, and she never came back to asked us if everything was okay or if our order was right or nothing. We had a wait quite a while before she came back to our table after she gave us our drinks. Never asked if we were ready to place our order. Just had a "oh well attitude ". I can't remember she name, but she was a young African American lady with a black t- shirt that had a multi color TGIF lettering on it. Food was good, but... maybe she needs a little more people training. She wasn't nasty or anything just a little not motivated with making sure that her customers are getting the best service possible.

Ordered takeout. Food was alright! I was surprised by the lack of masks, especially for food service! Only one employee was wearing one. I really hope the people who actually made and handled my food were wearing them and taking the proper precautions. I don't want me or my family to catch covid because of the restaurant's negligence.

Service was great. Food was great as always. Drinks were amazing. ONLY complaint me and my girlfriend have is that the hostess sat us on the side of the bar right next to a bunch of screaming drunk guys. I don’t appreciate that at all. The hostess gotta do a better job of seating people around the bar. Not everyone wants to be sat next to drunk screaming people.
