Riverview Restaurant

We've been going to Riverview on Tuesday nights for a couple of months now. We get the Double Deal where you get an entree and a cocktail for $15. Always something interesting on the menu. Go early, they open at 4, and be sure to make a reservation! The outdoor seating is lovely!! Only drawback is the parking...wear comfy shoes because you might be walking a block or two!

I really like Riverview. They have an excellent happy hour. We love to sit at the bar and hang out. The food is really good. We recently had Sunday brunch there. The best thing to order is tuna tartare. Skip the waffles. They were terrible but everything else was good. I highly recommend drinks and dinner and a walk by the river. The staff is fantastic!

Had a great time! The best restaurant I've dined in since relocating a year ago from N. Jersey! My experience was warm and pleasant from the hostess to our server up the general manager. The food choices and drinks are very tasty and reasonably priced. Food is not heavy but very satisfying. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we spent 4 hrs but it felt like 1hr. The waitress was attentive but not overbearing. The outdoor ambiance is simple but very clean and nicely staged with beautiful bright color Adirondack chairs on the lawn. I fell in love with the restaurant and already made plans to return in the very near future!

Stopped in for just a drink on a Saturday night. Very busy, nice to see people out and about. Sat at the indoor bar, took about 10 minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me because it was so busy. Once he saw me he was very attentive. People around me were eating dinner. I asked the customers how everything was and they said it was good. I will most definitely go back to try the food for sure. The bar menu looked pretty good too. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, and they have an awesome outdoor area for drinks and food. Really nice place!!

Nice inside table, able to see the river from our table position. Our server (Josh) was very personable & had a great sense of humor. Always had a smile on his face & was very attentive. Food was fabulous! Unfortunately, they didn't have 2 of our guests 'first choices'. So, we all wound up with the NY steaks. But, make NO mistake - they melted in our mouths. And the asparagus spears - to die for! Overall atmosphere was friendly & inviting. Would definitely recommend & dine there again, given the opportunity.

only had cocktails at the Riverview, but the menu looked wonderful. Everybody behind the bar was fun and engaging. With a modern and hip decor, the Riverview may be in a small town, but it’s a big city concept. Tim was our bartender, and he was attentive to our needs. Plus, he answered all my stupid questions with grace. The Riverview is a great spot.
