Little Caesars

Ordered two pizzas, one of them being a 3 meat treat, received one I ordered correctly and the 3 meat treat was just cheese. I called to get the correct pizza, woman argued with me.... then when I drove back to pick up the pizza I paid for she opened the window and said "here". Was originally super excited for my pizza, now I'm just bummed that she thought I was lying???

Prices are great but if you can afford to go somewhere else, do so. Staff is usually young and not very courteous. They dismiss my issues with the online ordering system. Despite their ability to do anything about it, it is something that the manager needs to know. Also, the cash only issue could easily be alleviated if the online ordering system actually worked. Then they could direct unsuspecting customers to order online instead of simply leaving. Timing is also everything. I consistently see less than two pizzas in the hot and ready oven, yet a full lobby of people waiting. The wait time on a special pizza was supposed to be 10 minutes (according to the cashier) bit ended up being around 40 minutes. Not a very good system in there I think.

We only come here because pizza is supposed to be hot and ready from 4-8...but the last few times we have come nothing is hot and ready...instead you have to tell them what you want and wait 15 minutes. Which is BS especially when you have 2 babies and a 4 year old. If little Caesar's can't live up to the "hot and ready" slogan maybe they should get new employees and management apparently
