Buffalo Wild Wings

We don't have this chain of restaurants in my neck of the woods, and watching NFL Network we were brainwashed to come here. That, and two for one boneless wings on Thursdays. It's a sports bar, with all the good and bad that goes with it. Cheesy decor? Yes. Loud, obnoxious clients? Of course. But we were surprised by the beer selection, and frankly the wings were good, with the lemon pepper rub and jalapeno sauce being our favorite. Our waitress was nice, friendly and helpful, she steered us through the menu, keeping us clear away from the lemon pepper sauce - she did bring us a taster, and yikes! Price was good too!

Well let get started by saying we waited for 30 minutes before anyone took are orders then the brought out one plate of my kids food 1 hr later about 2 hr in are food came out cold and it wasn’t even right we asked for Manager a green hair one came over and was like live with it or leave she should not even have a job after treating use that way I would not go back even if someone paid me ask for no jalapeños on food and tying to figure out what that thing is by the straw that was in my sisters plate

Just waited over an hour for my food when i was told it would only take 20 min. Food is cold. Poor service. Will never eat here again. Especially after paying $80 worth of food for a big family and getting cold, disgusting food. Not ok. The chicken looks like it was soaked in the toilet, then microwaved and left out for a few days, and tasted like the smell of kibbles and bits. Nasty.

Had dinner here with my mom visiting from out of state. The wings my mom ordered were undercooked, nearly raw, and when she let the manager know about the issue, they insisted that that was how they were meant to be. I gave this location a second chance with some good friends, but after being served one beer, our waitress came back and told us that we would not be able to order anymore alcoholic beverages because our IDs were from different states and we were "acting suspicious". There are many great local restaurants within minutes of this location. Support one of them instead of throwing your money away at a mega corporation that cares not for doing their due diligence.

Horrible experience. One of our party members is gluten free and ordered a salad with plain grilled chicken. Came out breaded. Could not eat. The server and manager were upset that they would not eat it. They insisted it had to stay on the bill. The manager laughed at the guest and told her she was ridiculous when asked for it to be removed from bill. Horrible experience! Do not recommend going to this place. Dirty forks, floor, seats, table.
