Dunkin'

So it seems they've 'new and improved' this location too, which is soooo sad, as they were the only Dunks in the area that had fresh, delicious donuts. It was worth driving across town before that, but about 3~4 weeks ago they DEFINITELY changed their supplier, as have all the others around. Now the donuts are NASTY - small, no filling inside, stale... so sad. The service is still very good, but I and quite a few people I know won't be going there any more. Dunks has forced us to look elsewhere, hurting their own people in the end.

This is probably one of the best Duncans around for freshness of the pastries. The donuts are always genuinely stuffed with filling if that's the kind you order. The store is a little older and a little more disheveled than others, but there is a nice table or two on the sidewalk where it's usually fairly quiet and not close to traffic.

Wish I could post 0 stars. The customer service, specifically on Friday afternoon is awful. The middle-aged man that manages at that time was rude. He was cussing casually while customers were in the lobby. Blamed me for someone stealing my online order and then made me wait thirty minutes before remaking it and constantly inferring that a co-worker or someone else I knew picked it up. Customer service is great when this guy isn't around and the gals that run the morning shift are always friendly and professional. This manger needs to go or take some SEVERE training on hospitality.

Either constantly understaffed or the staff are just slower than other locations. I find that this location is also not as well maintained as other places -- the carpet by the registers never appears to be cleaned at night (it is always super dirty very early in the morning!), you can see marks/drips all over the cabinet fronts and walls. Not bad enough to stop getting coffee from here but enough that I am always slightly grossed out when waiting for my order to come up.

This is probably the slowest dunks i've ever been to. Its the closest to my house so its the one I frequent most, but man is it slow. It took them 20 minutes to make an on the go order. 20 minutes! There was a crowd of people waiting for their orders to be filled. Unacceptable. Don't waste your time. Ordered on the app the other day. 10am. Showed up to pick it up and the place was CLOSED. Took me 3 days to get a refund through customer service. Never going back and i suggest you dont either.
