Cold Stone Creamery

I didn't get the name of the woman I spoke to, but she was so kind and helpful when I called with food allergy concerns for a birthday party my child would be attending. She answered all my questions and I felt pretty good about the allergy free conditions she described. She then went beyond and offered to make a cupcake version of the cake for my child to make sure it was safe for them to eat! She was so nice and understanding, I can't say it enough!

Today's experience is worth the time taken out to type this review and give it 5 stars. I have celiac disease so as some can imagine I am very cautious about what I order and I always hope the person who is helping me has the same mind. Luckily, I had Kacey help me today!! She was super sweet, kind and patient. I even witnessed her helping another customer that was in front of me. It felt so good to leave there knowing that I recieved the best customer service. Icecream is great but amazing customer service just makes it taste all the more worth the calories and money.

Uh no. This is one of the worser cold stones that I have been to. They were out of whipped cream but when we asked for napkins the women told us that they were in the napkin dispensers but there was none so she said she would look in the back. When she realized that we didn’t leave a tip(unaware that you tip ice cream people on a basic order) she then stood there satiating at us after making a disgusted look at the tip. I was shocked and upset

First time to this location. Was a bit dingy. Got cake batter moose tracks mixed with graham crackers & chocolate chips & I ended up getting food poisoning. The ice cream apparently was the bottom of the barrel because she literally scraped & scraped the bottom of the bin. There was hardly any moose tracks in it when I tasted it. It still tasted good but within an hour or so I got so sick & was in pain & in the bathroom for over 5 hours straight just utterly sick. Maybe the ice cream was setting out too long or it got contaminated somehow when the gal was mixing it, who knows but it was not a pleasant experience. Gave 2 stars because it was a nice atmosphere.

We've been a customer of this store for over 6 years but not anymore. We always purchased 4 different flavors in Everybody's (3 pint) box. Today we have been told that no more than two flavors can be sold in a single box. To our surprise, this has been a policy all along but previous personnel didn't know! There is no sign anywhere in the store about this policy. Consistency and transparency are key for sustainable business.

I went to the Cold Stone Creamery in Burlington this evening I waited there almost 30 minutes in line there were like 25 people in line I kid you not from the ice cream makers door all the way to the door coming into the shop and one girl trying to handle them all of the customers in front of her there were two girls there but one girl was doing all the work on the customer's in front of her and all the other girl was only worried about was doing the online orders instead of helping the girl who was trying to take care of 25 or more people that was piling up in front of her and they just kept filing in filing in and filing at one point there was no room for anyone to stand and wait all I saw was two girls there working one was trying to handle the flow of people coming in and the other one was more concerned with the online orders than trying to help the girl get the line down that was directly in front of her which I don't think it was fair to that other girl who was doing everything she could to keep up with the line in front of her she had to take time to mix each up the ice cream order give it to the customer ring the customer out and then come back and do it all over again and to make things worse the other girl that was working with her really didn't seem to know what she was doing she had to keep stopping the girl that was desperately trying to keep up with the steady stream of customers and ask her questions which made the line back up even further and further at one point customers got tired of waiting and they walked out so you wound up losing business because of it
