Kings Dining & Entertainment

This was a nice bowling alley. I went here for a company get together. The staff was very friendly and the food we had was tasty. My only complaint is that many if the games were not working which from what the staff was telling me was due to an electrical surge that damaged the machines. That is the only reason I gave four stars. I plan to bring my family to check it out again when everything is fully up to speed to update my rating.

A floor manager is needed. There is a serious disconnect from the front desk to the actual bowling lanes. You need a person to escort the customers to wherever they need to be. Introduce them to the servers, make sure they are familiar with the area they are in and answer any questions they may have. King's is about social entertainment not just bowling. My experience was lukewarm. It began with technical difficulties with the lane which took 15 minutes to solve. Yet no visit by a manager. I had to go to the front desk myself. I must say the server was excellent. Very attentive and helpful. The cost of this night was not equal to the product. I most likely will not return.

We coordinated an event at Kings as part of our company retreat. This was the perfect place for us to come together to have fun outside of the office. The event packages can be tailored to exactly what your party needs and is a great value. The environment is so much fun. The event coordinator was very flexible and responsible especially considering we were making changes until the night before. The pizza was incredible. 11/10 experience would recommend to anyone looking for a corporate event. I know I will be back very soon for a personal night out too!
