Piesanos

I placed an online order at 5:45 was told it would be ready within a half hour. We get there at 6:15 to pick up the order and it hasn’t even been started. To make it even worse, the woman who runs the register/front of the house straight up refused to try and make it right, simply saying, “I would totally understand if you wanted to cancel your order right now.” The arrogance of the staff is stifling. It pains me to write this because their food is pretty damn tasty.... but the humans that run the place are quite disappointing.

Only one of the three workers making food were wearing a mask. We ordered two pizzas which came out to over $50. We chose blue cheese as a pizza topping on half a pizza. Did they put blue cheese on our pizza? Nope/sort of. Instead of using blue cheese, when the pizzas came out of the oven they topped them both completely with blue cheese salad dressing. Didn't see it till we got home. We tried to scrape it off but both pizzas went in the trash. Contacted the store and got an apology but no refund. Thanks guys!
